PRE-QUALIFICATION TO SUPPLY
DIESEL AND UNLEADED REGULAR GASOLINE
Suppliers of Ultra-low Sulfur No. 2 red-dyed diesel and Unleaded Regular 87 Octane gasoline are invited to submit Pre-Qualification documents to the Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT). BAT is seeking qualified fuel suppliers to be included on the list of suppliers eligible to submit bids to BAT for diesel and unleaded regular gasoline to be delivered to BAT during the period beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021.
Pre-Qualification submittals, required certifications and evidence of insurance must be received by BAT to be considered eligible to bid on BAT’s fuel contracts. Fuel suppliers will be considered at any time for pre-qualification throughout the above contract period. BAT intends to solicit bids for diesel fuel in quantities of 42,000 gallons or more and may solicit quotes for as little as 10,000 gallons. BAT consumes approximately 6,200 gallons of diesel fuel each week. BAT also intends to solicit quotes for unleaded regular gasoline in quantities of 42,000 gallons or more and may solicit quotes for as little as 10,000 gallons. BAT consumes approximately 2,250 gallons of gasoline each week.
