REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE AFTER-HOURS WORKFORCE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT), Greater Attleboro Taunton Regional Transit Authority (GATRA), and Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) (collectively, the “Participating Transit Authorities”) are seeking qualified firms to provide After-Hours Workforce Transportation Services through a joint procurement.

BAT, GATRA, and SRTA are regional transit authorities established pursuant to MGL Chapter 161B that provide fixed route, demand response, and complementary paratransit services throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Together, the Participating Transit Authorities serve a diverse geographic region that includes urban, suburban, and rural communities and are collaborating to improve access to reliable transportation for workers traveling outside traditional public transit operating hours.

The performance of any contract resulting from this procurement is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.

This procurement is being financed in part with funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Any resulting contract(s) are subject to the applicable terms and conditions contained in the grant agreements between the Participating Transit Authorities and the FTA, as well as each agency’s applicable Standard Terms and Conditions, to the extent they apply. The Required Federal Terms and Clauses and Required Certifications are attached to this solicitation.
